"Serving God with an amazing team, more like family than work colleagues, is a joy and a privilege. Seeing young loves changed for the better is a weekly occurrence -we really do live out the vision! Encouragement and challenge within Line Management in the right measure is enabling me to grow and be a better leader. I love working with the Step family and spending time with them in schools." (Charlotte)
