Haven Relaunch

Just before half term we saw an exciting re-launch event for our powerful Haven resource provided by our partner organisation, 267.

We relived the story of Haven’s grassroots beginning and how we as Step have enjoyed a role in delivering the course and seeing its first fruits amongst students. The Haven’s scope is now widened to reach students in schools well beyond our geographic area with eye catching graphics, professional new video resources and testimonials from young people who have been positively impacted by their participation on the course. The New format of Haven makes it much easier to be delivered by people without scientific knowledge of mental health issues as the teaching content is covered on the new video clips which frees up the course leader to focus more on the pastoral aspects of working with the group of young people.

We look forward to seeing the next chapter of Haven's growth and give thanks to God for all he has accomplished through it.
